Hillsdale Industrial Park
Situated in the northwest corner of the City of Hillsdale, adjacent to state highway M-99, the 360-acre Hillsdale Industrial Park provides many industrial businesses the space and services they need to succeed. This vigorous industrial center resides within a community eager to grow and welcoming new business development.

The Hillsdale Workforce Development and Technology Center is located in the heart of the Industrial Park. Utility rates are very competitive, and the BPU never hesitates to do whatever possible to meet the special needs of its industrial customers.
