Baw Beese Lake

Baw Beese Lake is a great lake for boating, fishing, and swimming with access to Sandy Beach, Owen Memorial Park and Waterworks Park along Waterworks Drive.  Hillsdale Recreation can assist you in seasonal dock slip rental.  The docking season runs from April 15th through October 15th.  A public boat launch is available at the DNR launch just off the Waterworks Park parking area.  Season admission passes to Sandy Beach are included in the rental cost.  Contact the Recreation Department for details: 517-437-6457.

The City of Hillsdale offers dock slip rental spaces along the Baw Beese Lake shoreline.  Cost: $300 City Resident/$425 Non-City Resident.  "Premium" slips are available along the wharf; cost: $350 City Resident/$475 Non-City Resident  Rental timeline is April 15 - October 15.  Call Hillsdale Recreation for space availability: 517-437-6457.
