Mr. David Mackie, City Manager

The City of Hillsdale operates under a Council/Manager form of government. The City Manager is the CEO of the City government and is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the City. The Manager also coordinates the operations of all City departments. The City Manager's office is located on the third floor of City Hall at 97 North Broad Street.
