The City of Hillsdale TIFA is accepting bids for the Dawn Theater Rehabilitation and Blight Elimination project. Bids will be received by the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 97 N. Broad St. Hillsdale, Michigan 49242 until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. 

The Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being published through the State’s electronic bidding service, MITN/BidNet Direct.

The Prime (General Trades) Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating the Subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents prepared by Hardlines Design Company.
