The newly established TIFA Review Committee is a temporary, non-standing committee created to review changes made to Michigan's Tax Increment Financing Act - Public Act 57 of 2018 and to evaluate whether there are opportunities for the City of Hillsdale TIFA to improve its accuracy, efficiency, and long-term effectiveness under the current legal framework.
