Lean & Green Michigan PACE Program

The City Council of the City of Hillsdale, State of Michigan, (the “City”) will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council chambers, 97 N. Broad Street, Hillsdale, MI 49242, to receive comments on the proposed Property Assessed Clean Energy (“PACE”) program and the proposed PACE report. Take notice that the City Council intends to establish a PACE program and to establish
a PACE district, having the same boundaries as the City’s jurisdictional boundaries, pursuant to Act No. 270, Public Acts of Michigan,
2010 (“Act 270”), for the purposes of encouraging economic development, improving property valuation, increasing employment,  reducing energy costs, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and promoting the use of renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements.
