The City of Hillsdale is requesting proposal for the following project(s):
Demolition of 64 Spring St
All work shall be in accordance with the Michigan Building Code, Michigan Residential Code, Michigan
Plumbing Code, Michigan Electrical Code, and Michigan Mechanical Code. EGLE Asbestos &
Demolition Criteria, and project specifications
Bid Date/ Public Opening:
Sealed bids for City of Hillsdale Blight Elimination Program until 2:00 PM, September 30, 2026 to be
open and read publicly at the following location

Scope of Work
Verification and/or preparation of demolition permits and notifications; Coordination of utility removal
with respective utility owners, and the removal of services; Removal and disposal of house structure at
approved off-site disposal site; Removal and disposal of foundation, in its entirety, at approved off-site
disposal site; Backfill foundation excavation with approved fill materials; Final Restoration – including a
minimum of 4” of topsoil, fine graded, and hydroseed.

Bids are to be submitted on the forms attached either typed or clearly printed in ink. They should
be submitted to the
