Zoning Board of Appeals- Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hillsdale City Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving written and oral comment and to consider a non-use variance request submitted by Hillsdale Renaissance LLC. The request is a variance from the requirements of Sec. 26-6 of the Hillsdale City Code of Ordinances for a sign erected at 16 Hillsdale St, Hillsdale, MI 49242 (006-227-236-06).

The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 5:30 PM in Council Chambers of Hillsdale City Hall, 97 N Broad St, Hillsdale, MI 49242. Written comment may be submitted prior to the hearing by mail to: City of Hillsdale, Attn: Zoning Board of Appeals, 97 N Broad St, Hillsdale, MI 49242, by email to: zoning@cityofhillsdale.org, or delivered in-person at City Hall during business hours.
