Advertisement to Bid: City Hall Lower Roof Replacement

The City of Hillsdale is requesting proposals for the following project(s):
City of Hillsdale – City Hall - Lower Roof Replacement
All work shall be in accordance with the project drawings, project specifications and any applicable
sections of the Michigan Building Code.
RFP due date/ Public Opening:
Sealed proposals are due by 10:00 am (local time) on April 15, 2026 at the following location:
Hillsdale City Hall
Office of the City Clerk
97 N. Broad Street
Hillsdale, MI 49242
Scope of Work:
Provide new EPDM fully adhered roofing at the Hillsdale City Hall located at 97 N. Broad Street.
All work shall be in accordance with the attached specifications, standard industry standards and
manufacturer’s requirements for material installations.
Pre-Bid Site Visits:
There will be no pre-scheduled site inspections, should you wish to visit the project sites please
contact the following city staff to schedule a site visit to access the existing roofs:

Proposed Project Schedule:
City Council Award of Contract: April 20, 2026
Project Completion: August 21, 2026
